Just a speed hump

well well well it takes alot longer to make tutorial videos when you irritate your recovering injured elbow by falling up stairs. Yes im clumsy! So unfortunately there has been a hold up on finishing my 8 week body blitz program as I'm unable to demonstrate some exercises properly for you guys at the moment. I'm resting and heating it all day today so hopefully tomorrow I can get the last few videos done to complete the program then I can go live with my website. Yippee I can't wait to get back to helping people with their health and fitness goals, It has been waaaaay too long! Last week I enrolled in a Science of Nutrition course that in just a few pages of reading has given me so much insight already, I'm excited to do the experiments and assesments that are coming up. I've been a busy girl I also cleaned out the area that I have now set up as my home gym, It's all ready waiting for clients wink wink. I haven't forgotten to take time out for myself though since I've learned how important it is to do so, It's not selfish like i used to think it is an important part of self care. I had a littlle poolside picnic breakfast sunday morning. I made a piece of toast from the amazing crusty loaf that bailey and I bought from the Willunga Farmers market on saturday morning (thats going to be our new regular mother daughter time, she loves it there and asks to go often) On top of my buttered toast i put Wilted spinach,avocado,scrambled eggs and feta. Of course I had to make it all look pretty so here it is check it out.
