PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training sessions start at half an hour or can be up to a couple of hours depending on your fitness level and needs. Discounted packages are available when you commit to 5,10 or 15 sessions.
EVENT TRAINING

Brides who want to fit into that dream dress or those who want to get the whole bridal party in shape will love my bridal bootcamp programs. If your looking to get in shape to conquer that obstacle course or fun run you've always wanted to participate in then my endurance programs are for you. Any fitness goals you may have I can design a program just for you.
GROUP TRAINING
Come along to one of my weekly classes (Timetable available soon) or get a group of friends together and we can organse a time for a group session.
MUSCLE TONE
As an award winning body building bikini competitor, muscle tone is my forte. I can design a program and give you the nutritional advice you will need to look and feel great about your body.
CORE STRENGTH
A strong core can help ease and prevent back issues. People tend to focus too much on one set of the many muscles that make up our core, the abdominals. My programs incorporate all the muscles that are responsible for stabilizing and protecting your spine.
