some weeks are harder than others

Being diagnosed as bi polar was a shock to me a few weeks ago and being put on medication to control my moods and brain chemistry is not ideal when you were doing a all natural life cleanse. The last week in particular has been fairly rough. The reality that my marriage is over is starting to sink in and the mourning of my old life has left me tired and drained. I have been falling asleep super early and waking up a little later than usual around 7 instead of around 4 or 5 am. My pt client had to cancel due to work commitments as well so I'm not back in the game just yet. I did a online interview for Westpac this morning, so we will see how that pans out soon hopefully . I also have a meeting with wise services who help people with mental illness get back in to the workforce on Thursday. So hopefully it won't be long until I'm employed again. Next Friday offers for my horticulture diploma come out so I'm looking forward to that
