wow 3 weeks in a row now and I've stayed consistent with my blogging. yay go me. he he. Today is also a big day I booked in my first p.t client on my come back to the industry. My beautiful friend Irene is ready to make big changes in her life with my assistance. Although she has injuries and restrictions I'm sure we can achieve great things and have a ball doing it. My progress pics above are of 9 kilos of gains. 5 more kilo to go until my goal weight again so on the gains train I remain choo choo. I went for another big ride again today after squatting all the way home from the shops with mum yesterday. No pain no gains as they say. Having no fuel or money for it makes staying fit and getting leg gains easy. I really need to start focusing on my upper body strength again, I want to do 10 pull ups by the end of next year withy ease unassisted. Which means I need to strengthen this elbow some more first and build up my back muscles. I have no remained consistent with my yoga challenge yet. starting tomorrow I will do it daily again june is the month I finish it off for once. I have to make myself do it no matter what time of day it is. I'll update you how I went in a couple of days. so for now its Friday night and I have no idea what trouble I plan to get up to or if I will just fall asleep again at 7pm like last week.
