So today after 5 long years of procrastination and working for other people I took the proverbial bull by the horns and set up my website. Let me tell you I am a lot more handy with workout equipment that I am with anything that has to do with technology, Luckily I have a tech savvy son who helped with the really hard stuff. I'm so excited to have a place to share all things fitness with you all. My aim is to update regularly with workout tips, recipes and anything else interesting I come across on my fitness journey to the fitness bikini comp that I will now be entering in may instead of in a few weeks as I want to give myself enough time to be fully prepared and not just rush into it like I was because I always want everything now now now. If breaking my elbow has taught me anything it's patience, just because it doesn't happen as fast as you would like doesn't mean it isn't going to happen if you just keep pushing forward. What if i fail! The 4 words that have held me back from putting everything I have into my business sooner. What if I never try! The words that will keep me pushing forward until I can say I gave it all I had. It has been a long day so I will keep it short and sweet but before I sign off I thought I'd share the cute little apple critters the kids and I made today they are so simple and yummy all you need is a apple or two, strawberry or two, peanut butter for glue (cream cheese would work if you have a nut allergy) and sulatanas or dried apple for the eyes.
